  • Support of your coach throughout the week through the platform to ensure you have the support desired.
  • Hands down the best part of joining the group...you have the wonderful support of like-minded people going through the program with you sharing tips and insights. 
  • Option to add 1:1 coaching sessions throughout the program if you desire more time with the coach.


My clients actually get MORE of me in a group program – they get to see  and hear me on the weekly group virtual class, check in with me weekly for high-level  support & accountability through the platform and receive weekly health tips  via email.
